Bad Communication
I placed an order, waited a week, sent off messages and emails only to find out that there was a problem with the initial charge and it hadn't been actioned. Clearly there are communication issues between the health side, the pharmacy and the customer. In the end, I cancelled.

I ordered my medication over a week ago…
I ordered my medication over a week ago and money was taken out of my account and verified and approved by their doctor. Been 8 days with no confirmation or medication send and still hasn’t arrived. I was looking forward to using this company for many medications but with no response to two emails and serval phone calls and online chat. Very disappointed.
