I got an order I never placed
No answer still. I got a huge, heavy package wurh a pool! I never ordered it. Over a month now. I sent it back today. It was bought under my name, using a credit company that will need to be paid in some days. They are already sending me payment reminders. Terrible service. Unfortunately, suspicious. I never ordered this. With a 799 shipping cost! Terrible. Beware.

Incomplete order with the wrong item
They placed a wrong item, and I have to pay for the return. Also, not every items have arrived, and the ones that have arrived were different items from what I have ordered. Will not use this shop ever again. Also the items were of a very poor quality and dusty.

Received a Jungle Gym in unacceptable conditions
Received a Jungle Gym in unacceptable condition – the wood was covered in a lot of mold and clearly not properly stored. This is not a “natural surface change” as Jollyroom claims. The slide was also visibly faded, suggesting prior exposure to sunlight.
My complaint was rejected despite clear photo evidence. A professional confirmed the wood has mold and needs cleaning and treatment – something you should never expect with a brand new product, especially for children.
Very disappointing handling of the case. I would not trust their quality control.
