I am completely satisfied with this store near to the Hampstead Underground Station. Your staff was really polite and professional, his name is Raj. I said thanks to him but, I feel really grateful to find people as kind as him. Big Thanks Joe and the Juice.

Ordered on the app came to the store 10 minutes later still waited another 10 minutes for the the most dry and stone hard bread pf sandwich for worth almost £10!!!

Amazing experience. But small update in your to be provided. A field where I can add some comments or request that is not available in your current system. For example a note or special request to the staff, to have the sandwich to be cut in half.

I love the service the food and the people who works there, the brunches that i have visited were all up to standards and helpful and felt like in home. (Avenues/Alandalus/ Opposite AUK Salmiya).

I went to the Trafford Centre store today. Unacceptable long wait and then drinks served at significantly different times as they were prioritising serving orders of the same drinks ordered by multiple customers. I watched numerous people come and go. Eventually left and received a refund.

The service and the staff are really welcoming and the place has great vibes. Oscar is always helpful and friendly. It’s a fun stop in Brickell for a smoothie or fresh juice.

It was chaos in the store. Lots of people waiting for orders with little clarity on how long it was going to be. Also waited for 20 minutes for the order

"I really like Joe & The Juice — your food and drinks are excellent. But I have a few suggestions that would make it so much better.

First, the Brighton North Street shop gets really busy at peak times and the queues are long. Ordering on your phone is tricky too — the screen is small and it's easy to make mistakes. Your London branches already have self-service machines, and Brighton's only 35 minutes from London — we'd expect the same here. There's plenty of space right inside the door for two self-service kiosks — it wouldn't get in the way at all. It would make service faster, cut down on mistakes, and let your staff focus on making great food and drinks.

Second, it would be great to have the option to buy your own branded reusable flasks in-store too — I haven't seen them available here, and I know plenty of customers would love to get one.

Third, I think the lighting should change throughout the day: brighter and fresher in the morning, softer and warmer in the evening. Most coffee shops just stick to one brightness — really bright all day and all night. It feels harsh and doesn't match how you feel at different times. This is something I think should be fitted to all your branches — it would make every shop feel amazing whatever the time. Thanks for listening!"

Order and pick up is super easy, but at the UVillage, it'd be great if there was an easier quick park option.
