I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with JobStep.
Their own FAQ states that a subscription can be cancelled at any time through the dashboard by going to the user menu and selecting “Billing/Payment”. However, there is no Billing/Payment option in my account at all.
I checked the account settings and the user menu carefully. I can upgrade my subscription and I can permanently delete my account, but there is no visible option to cancel the subscription or stop automatic renewal.
This is unacceptable for a paid subscription service. Cancelling a subscription should be just as simple and transparent as purchasing one. Users should not have to contact customer support just to prevent future charges.
I have now contacted support and explicitly requested cancellation and confirmation that no further payments will be taken.
JobStep needs to provide a clear and easily accessible “Cancel subscription” button in the account settings.!!!!!
I cannot recommend a service that makes subscribing easy but cancelling unnecessarily difficult.!!!!!!!!

Different Price Offers for the Same Service
They offer different prices for the exact same service, allowing some people to pay 50% less than others. I haven’t paid yet, but I find this unfair and feel that they are playing dirty.

I would strongly recommend that you stop making fun of potential customers—not only because it is ridiculous, but also because you are damaging the reputation of your business.
It’s up to you, of course, but please stop telling lies. We are not stupid, and we can see what is happening.
I hope you will take this seriously and reconsider the way you are treating potential customers.
