The item arrived damaged, because they placed a pan in a huge box without much padding or protection. How do they expect the surface to not get scratched if they ship a bare pan without an original packaging?

So what am I to do with the damaged pan?
I had a very unpleasant experience with them. My order was supposed to be delivered the next day, but I still hadn’t received it even after a week. They kept blaming the courier, but the courier hadn’t even received the package from them. It was very difficult to get my money back. I was lucky I ordered through bol.com. I don’t recommend them.
