I work till 2 am got home by 3 set my alarm got 9 fell back to sleep got call my 10am appointment was canceled at 10.3am payed for missed appointment while they could have let still see me not alot of coustmer there

Great experience when choosing new frames at the Owen Sound, Ontario location. Jessica, the optician, and her colleagues (including Janet, long-time office manager) were helpful in giving helpful feedback and recommendations given shape of my face, etc. Appreciated their diplomacy, honesty, and interest in helping me choose something that suited me.
A clean, professional, friendly office with lots of ample free parking.

I had an eye appointment here, and they were extremely good, explained everything and my options. They have a huge variety of glasses, maybe more higher end. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Gave me all my information to get the right glasses, so I could shop wherever.

I have bought from Iris for more than 20 years. Recently I bought elsewhere and paid $300 less for the same product. Time to change

This was my first and definitely not the last time I will go to Iris. The professional, knowledge and friendly service I received was so refreshing! Neera K was able to fit me with the correct contact lenses and was listening to my needs! My concerns were not dismissed as they have been at other optical places. Definitely will follow this optician where ever she goes! Customer service and knowledge are important and this amazing lady has both! Thank you Neera K!!

Would put zero stars if it would let me, I’ve been with iris since I was a teenager, and I had a iris rep be rude to me on the phone. She was kind but at the same time sounded rude on the phone. I was not told if I missed an appointment they would charge me a 135.00!! She also told me that because I didn’t cancel the appointment another lady had to book hers in March, I honestly don’t know why she was telling me another patient business. They lost a long time patient.

Great service as usual.Girls very helpful & friendly. My eye exam was the best I’ve ever had,very detailed.
Sales girls were efficent in showing me what was available,but not pushy .Thank you Port Alberni Iris 😊

From March 2020 to January 2021, I had to pass 5 exams. They ordered the wrong contact lenses 3 times and when I asked for my prescription, (for ordering at another place) in December they asked me to take another test because the optometrist I met before was not available .... grrr ...i think they don't have any resident in the clinic that i went.

I gave them 3 chance to do the good thing and every time it has been complicated. I had to wait (in the waiting room) between 45 and 75 minutes eah time i went.

Finally, i told them to take all my files pass'em through the shredder and forget my phone number. As the stuff ordered was already entirely paid, they still refunded my credit card. so, other than time, I haven't lost anything.

That is my horrible experience with Iris... 10 months for nothing...

I am trying to get progressive reading glasses that will enable me to read a computer screen and a document in my hand. Iris was unable to provide them TWICE it's been 6 weeks and I still don't have a pair of glasses that work. Trying to get a refund and go someplace else
They have horrible communication skills and don't listen and i found them generally uncooperative and eager to put the blame on the customer rather than making an effort
Very unprofessional

I have going to IRIS for over 2 months. I got my glasses and I couldn't see well. Took them back and I told them I cannot see. It's been aa long process but finally I got a new prescription and new glasses. The optician Richard was the rudest, most demeaning person I have met in a while. He made my experience a very unpleasant one. He might be a good optician but he lack PR. The rest of the staff were lovely.
