Very disappointing experience – poor customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with IrishSupply.ie.
I purchased a WAVEREACH antenna, but it did not detect a single channel despite trying all the troubleshooting steps provided by their customer support, including repositioning the antenna and carrying out multiple channel scans.
I contacted customer support to request a return and full refund, but despite sending several follow-up emails, I have received no response and no indication that my refund request is being processed.
I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing. When a customer has followed the troubleshooting instructions and the product still does not work, I expect the retailer to respond promptly and arrange the return and refund rather than simply stop communicating.
I would strongly recommend that potential customers consider the quality of the after-sales support before purchasing. My experience so far has been very frustrating and unacceptable.

Expensive return cost
After ordering an item from the company when it arrived it really didn't suit so I took advantage of the 14day return policy. After emails questioning why I wanted to send it back they finally gave me the returns address and requested that the item be tracked. The postage cost half of the refund fee. I ordered a Smart A1 window security camera,it arrived with a cable that was far too short,(unlike the one shown in their video),it is totally useless. I unfortunately ordered a SIM card for the camera at a cost of €24 to discover that other sites were offering the same camera with SIM card and longer cables at no extra charge!

Their social media shows lots of Irish content, but this just taken from other accounts.
