Total scam
Total scam. Can't cancel something that you didn't subscribe to. Have reported them.
I would give them a minus 100 stars but…
I would give them a minus 100 stars but it's not an option. Scam all the way through, do not put your credit card on their system
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with IQBrain. I paid for an IQ test believing I had cancelled afterward, but I later discovered I had been charged for a subscription for a long time without realizing it.
When I contacted customer support, they eventually agreed to issue a partial refund. However, the refund never reached my account. My bank confirmed they could see the refund attempt and explained that, after my card had been replaced for security reasons, the merchant simply needed to reissue the refund. I forwarded my bank’s explanation and screenshots to IQBrain more than once.
Despite acknowledging what my bank said, IQBrain ultimately refused to make another refund attempt, stating they had done everything they could and would take no further action. As a result, I never received the refund they had agreed to provide.
Based on my experience, I believe the subscription process is misleading and not transparent enough. I have since found many other customers describing very similar experiences. I would not recommend this company and strongly encourage anyone considering using it to read the subscription terms extremely carefully and monitor their bank statements.
I was scammed USD69.50
I was scammed USD69.50 of which I only recovered USD28.80 which was the latest unauthorized charge.
This is a complete SCAM and I cannot understand why such fakes manage to be above the law and get away with carrying on victimizing unsuspecting individuals.
SCAM!! Stealing my money!
SCAM!! They are charging me for absolutely nothing. ???? Avoid at all costs.
Its a scam
Its a scam, they charged my Visa €24,68 few months until I understood it. I have freezed my Visa and they tried again 2 times to charge but they couldn’t. Finally I canceled my Visa to stop thieves.
IQ Brain is a complete scam - please avoid
I wasted a few minutes doing an IQ test (company called Dingtech) costing $1.98 online, which I paid for using Paypal. Didn't realise until a few months later that my Paypal info had been used to sign me up to a subscription for $28.80 a month without my knowledge. I managed to get the May payment refunded, but there were 3 previous payments they refused to give back. Paypal did a "review" but agreed with Dingtech that I had authorised all the payments, so I guess Paypal are happy about this kind of financial abuse. If you have had any contact with this company please check your bank/Paypal statement asap.
SCAM
I only selected one star rather than none so that the review would register. The company is a complete scam. I paid $5 for IQ test result and UNKNOWINGLY with no consent to subscribe was subscribed to them for $60 monthly, automatic payments. I was very unwell and distracted and did not see this for 4 months and so they have taken $200 usd from me. I am a pensioner. They are totally reprehensible. I have lodged a case with PayPal.
Unsolicited charges with Limited refunds
Like many others on this forum, I voluntarily paid $1.98USD for an IQ report.
I did *not* request a subscription of any kind.
On the same day, $11.96 was debited to my card. I do not know what this was for.
One week later, $28.80 was debited, then again in March and in April.
Unfortunately, I missed noticing these charges as I was out of cellular connection, at sea.
On my return, on Monday 11May, I contacted the company, disputing the charges.
To give credit to the company, they replied promptly, with a refund of the most recent (April) charge.
The following day, I again requested refund of the unsolicited charges which were, apparently, for a website subscription.
Again a prompt and polite reply, stating they were only able to refund the latest charge as "the digital products and services were fully active and accessible during the previous billing periods"
I had been unaware of any subscription, and had not visited the website, nor downloaded anything. This I pointed out could be verified at their end.
My request was escalated, and I received a "Dispute Resolution Override" of one further $28.80 to 'settle the matter'
No further refunds, of the outstanding $40.58 (being $11.78+$28.80) have been offered.
I shall wait the requisite 14 days, and open a dispute with my bank.
I hope that this helps others deal with this company.
I consider this to be a SCAM.
Why was I charged?
Why was I charged? I don't even have an account with you!
DECEPTIVE SCAM
DECEPTIVE SCAM - REFUSAL TO REFUND
They use deceptive Instagram ads to lure you in for a one-time test and then secretly enroll you in a monthly subscription. They promised a refund via email and then lied 30 minutes later, blaming PayPal. Do not trust this site. It is a total scam.
This site is a subscription trap
This site (iqbrain.org) is a subscription trap. It misleads users into paying a small fee ($1.99) for an IQ test and then hiddenly charges a high monthly subscription fee ($28.80) without clear consent. It is a deceptive financial scam
They charge you more than you can foresee...
I have purchased the right to participate in a test and to receive the result. To my surprice am I charged 3 times: SEK 18,31, 127, & 267,96. Two out of thre purchases I cannot understand. This is a big money-phising bluf!!!

i paid the £1.98 a brain test, thinking itvcould be inteteresting. but, £28 taken out of my bank account, apparently i now have a monthly payment going out. SCAm and nasty preying on peoples insecurity.
I want to put ZERO stars but not…
I want to put ZERO stars but not allowed.
This company is a scam, as everyone else in the reviews, happily paid $1.98 but now having a subscription taken out even though I havent signed up to anything.
I tried there refund but just gives a page that can't be typed in or sent!
To all people who are scammed
To all people who are scammed. Keep writing e-mails to them. In the end I got my money refunded.
Like other reviewers I found…
Like other reviewers I found unauthorised subscription charges after my initial payment. PayPal would not refund and the company came up with a lame excuse that they couldn’t refund me anything because I’d lodged a claim with PayPal. They are SCAMMERS of the first degree. BEWARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
WARNING……DO NOT PURCHASE…..WARNING…DO NOT PURCHASE
This company are scamming thieving low life scum. I thought I had paid a one off fee of $3.
The next day they took a further $11.96 which I recovered through my credit card.
Then 5 days later they stole another $28.80 which am now trying to get back.
These people should be in prison. It is a massive scam. DO NOT PURCHASE.
They should be honest about their…
They should be honest about their subscription. I managed to get a refund for one amount but they still owe me for the other scammed amount. The rest of the world should not trust them.
