The monitor lightstrips don't work…
The monitor lightstrips don't work properly. Customer care is not helping to resolve the problems. I saw on a Facebook page a lot of problems with the Neo 2.0 that I was interested in, therefore I let that go.

Perfect Product, i have one in use, and a second order, because the Neo box is the best ambiligt. And i will order a third one, for every TV i call my one a will put a neo box behind.
Highly recommend the LightStrips. Easy to set up (just watch the YouTube Videos). Works perfectly and the best part, for a fraction of what Phillips sells it for.
First impression wasn't so good - i had problems setting it up, lights wouldn't show correctly, and in the manual it wasn't clear if I should be looking at the tv from the front or the back when deciding right or left side installation. After installing, tried to configure it - and it was terrible. Lights were not aligned with the picture.
I've added a HDMI splitter that would downscale the image from 4k to 1080, connected it to the lights - and left it like that until the next day. The next day it asked me to complete the set up in the application(even though it was already done) and the lights were finally showing up in the right places. I saved it, and it started working well. I assume that there was some software update at night, but first thing I checked in the app is a software update after installing - and it was none.
Finally, now I'm absolutely satisfied with the lights, with one minor exception - given that my TV is smaller than the maximum supported size, my right side of the lights, bends a little to the top. I would be great if this would be configurable in the app - so I'd set the point where the lights strip bends.
