First of all, the jewelry is beautiful. When the ring I ordered didn't fit, they had no issue with me returning it (for FREE) to exchange another size. Again, I couldn't get the ring past my knuckle on the finger I was hoping to wear it, and again, they kindly and generously gave me a free return label to try another size. Finally, the third ring fit perfectly. And it's gorgeous. And it was a great price to begin with, not to mention the free exchanges. I'm impressed and grateful. Looking forward to more purchases with Ideaure!

I purchased a spinner ring with baguettes worn approximately a dozen times- two of the stones fell out was in the period of several months. I contacted Annabelle the owner and after about five emails she finally responded. I paid the $11 to send the ring back and was assured that I would receive a replacement. 10 emails and two months later- nothing. She did acknowledge that the ring had been received on their end, so I’m now out 11 bucks in postage to get the ring back to them and she refuses to reply to my inquiries regarding the replacement. I began this process mid April. It is now mid June. At this point, I’m out not just the cost of the ring but the $11 it took to ship it back. I have been pleasant and patient throughout this process, but I am finally fed up. They tout a good return policy, but do not follow through. Next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau.. buyer beware.

I recently purchased the Bella Spinner Ring and the Rochelle Gemstone Ring from Ideaure, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Both rings are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the included mystery gift was a wonderful surprise.

The customer service from this company is second to none! I received a beautiful ring for Christmas but I had to return it for a smaller size. Annabelle was so helpful when I contacted her for instructions for the exchange. She answered my emails promptly and followed through with everything she stated. I have received so many compliments on the Aria ring and hope to make another purchase soon!

The products tarnish so quickly and any platting rubbed off. My $100+ ring had its plating rubbed off in less than 24hrs. Its been over a month since I returned my items and I still have to email battle the company to get my money back. Their silver ring with a cross in the center is a rip-off from Ross and Simon. I ordered the ring from R&S and it is in PERFECT condition 2 months later. Would never purchase from this company again. Save your money and go buy their ripped off designs from the actual designer.

I have several pieces of jewelry from Ideaure. I wear them everyday. Very good quality and very good pricing. The people are super nice. I’m so thankful to have came upon their website. If you want good quality jewelry Ideaure is your go to.

Saw Ideaure spinner rings on Instagram, checked out the reviews, took the leap—and wow, I’m obsessed! I absolutely love my new spinner ring! I have it on now and I'm not taking it off...until at least I wash my hair. Thank you, Ideaure!!

I spent $93 on a tennis bracelet from Ideaure. I ordered it in early October, didn't receive it until November - only after repeated requests to cancel since it hadn't been delivered.
I've never been able to wear the bracelet because it has a faulty clasp and falls off my wrist.
I've sent requests for a replacement multiple times, but no one bothers to respond.

I ordered the Concetta gemstone ring on Etsy. It came promptly in a few days.
Very happy with the quality and size of the ring.

We ordered the wrong size by mistake, but Ideaure Jewelry handled the situation wonderfully. They provided a return authorization and shipping label the next day, and their customer service was friendly and responsive. Within two days, our refund was processed and the correct size was shipped out. My wife absolutely loves the ring, and we really appreciated how quick and easy the entire process was. Highly recommend this company for both their products and their service.

Ideaure is a top-notch business. Their customer service is wonderful to deal with. If you have a question or concern they answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. Shipping is fast and the items are always packaged securely. Their jewelry is absolutely exquisite. I love everything I received. I'm also impressed that if you spend a certain amount of money they send you a mystery gift which is a nice bonus. It's always a wonderful surprise when you open the box.
