We are sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected. We would like to clarify that the bicycle was fully checked before shipping and all the necessary adjustments were carried out by our workshop team.
For transport and safety reasons, the bicycle is shipped with the front wheel removed, the handlebar loosened and the seat post removed. This is the standard way to transport bicycles safely while protecting the components during delivery, and it does not mean that the bicycle has only been partially assembled.
Regarding the instruction manual, bicycle brands no longer usually include paper manuals inside the box. Instead, they provide access to the manuals through their website, normally via a QR code or a direct link, where the PDF version can be downloaded.

No warranty
I bought a bike without assembly and because of that the bike came with failed parts. On top of that they said that without assembly they can't give warranty. They don't say that on the website. Stay away from them.

We would like to clarify that all our bikes are sent exactly as provided by the manufacturer, and each bike is checked before shipping to ensure it is in proper condition. We also offer an optional assembly service, but this service has no relation to the condition of the bike or its components.
Regarding warranty, it is completely independent of the assembly service. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects regardless of whether the bike is assembled by us or not.
We would appreciate it if you could contact us privately or publish your order number here, as your review does not provide any information that allows us to identify your order so we can check and assist you properly.

Very bad experience
First online purchase of a bike and very bad experience. I paid for the assembly and the bike assembly was a mess, almost nothing working as expected and customer service simply don't answer to any of my emails.
Add to that late delivery + bike not marked despite it's a legal obligation in France for all vendors...simply can't recommend it !

Checking the tightness of cranks, wheels, swingarm, suspension, mudguards, racks, etc.
Adjusting the steering and quality control of the packaging.
We also have an ongoing email conversation, specifically four emails, and in the last one we asked you to take a series of actions so that we could give you a specific response to your request and complaint. With regard to the marking of the bicycle, Specialized complies with European legal regulations and the bicycle is identified with its own serial number.
We regret that you had this experience and made this assessment, and we would be delighted to continue providing you with our services in the future.

I placed and order for a small part and wanted to get confirmation about the product and about making the payment as it seems a bank transfer is the only method for payment. I have tried for 4 days using both the online chat bot and through email to contact IBK and have had no response. They do seem to reply to reviews so trying to get someone to contact me this way.

Their "In stock" is not trusted.
Ordered a bike which was "in stock" on 16 of october, with expected delivery date of 22 october. Received on 10 November. It missed my kid's birthday. Hard to communicate with them, but they told me they are waiting for bike from orbea, while it was still "in stock" on a site.
