Incredible experience with Jose and Havier (I think that was their names) can recommend enough as I left my iPad on the plane and the cost was reasonable for them to bring it to my hotel. Thank you Ibiza Luggage! Xxx

I arrived home to the UK from Ibiza and realised I had left my laptop at airport security! These guys collected it straight away, remained in communication with me and the airport staff, and filled out a customs form as well. It arrived back to me safe and sound. Would highly recommended. The service was excellent! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I asked them to collect my luggage at the airport and deliver it to my hotel because I had to meet some friends at Ushuaïa. My flight was delayed, but they waited for me without any problem. As soon as I got off the plane, I immediately found Esteban, who took my luggage and delivered it straight to the hotel. Once it was done, he even sent me a photo confirming that my bags had arrived safely at the hotel.

This is service is game changing allowing you a complete day with zero worries about suitcases getting lost, stolen or damaged. So easy and honestly cheap compared to paying for late check out at accommodations. The staff is incredibly kind and respond almost instantly. I highly recommend this service for the last day on the island.

Super convenient service. On our last day they came to pick up our luggage at check out (11AM) and they delivered it to the airport (8PM) for us. Always communicated and kept us updated.

Our bags were collected at the airport and dropped at our hotel on the other side of the island. This allowed us to go straight out once we arrived. Easy to set up and very clear communication throughout. Great service.
