The cheapest Insurance Company in Term of refund and i had a horrible experience with Simon . I don’t recommend it .

Pire compagnie d'assurance, propose supposement un meilleur plan, mais qui fini par me coûter presque 2000 de plus pour finalement avoir moins de couverture.

Terrible customer service was connected with a French speaking advisor requested an English speaking advisor they declined to provide me one. Then they provided all documents in French to which I could not read them advisor would not answer her phone or emails, to send English documents. Advisor also made unauthorized purchases with my non registered investment account (*unauthorized purchase amount of 100K CAD*)Customer service hangs up on you while you’re speaking puts you on hold for unexplained reasons mid conversation would never recommend business with this company. Worst experience I’ve had with a banking/ investment service.

Dealing with iA has been the worst experience of my life- and I got hit by a truck last year.

I was injured in a car accident last year, living with a traumatic brain injury as a result. iA spent 10 months "reviewing" my claim and subsequent appeal. My employer wrote a detailed explanation as to why they cannot modify my senior leadership role to accommodate my medical restrictions. My family doctor and a specialist have both submitted the requested documentation to support my diagnosis, and yet iA refuses to grant me benefits. I have escalated this matter with my lawyer. If you are shopping for LTD coverage, please steer clear of this company.
