Course great though Materials/Practice exams lacking
The best part of my experience with Institute I4 was the online course with Khaled for the ECBA exam. It was well-structured, informative, and engaging. I benefitted a lot from that to kickstart my studies for the exam.
However, I do have a couple of critiques. I was frustrated that even though I had access to the course materials and practice exams for about 3 months after taking the course, there were 2 separate occasions when my access to the resources were inexplicably taken away, and I had to send emails to Institute i4 and wait a few days for my access to be restored. The same thing occurred to my coworker who took the same course as me. It was confusing and disruptive to my studies. I also, noticed many of the practice exams had spelling and/or grammar mistakes which could be easily fixed with a quick review. Lastly, after taking the ECBA exam, I would say that a number of the Institute I4 practice exam questions didn't really align with the kind of questions I encountered on the actual ECBA exam. For instance, the practice questions that had long-winded scenario explanations with images or graphics were not present at all in the ECBA exam. I also recall our instructor informing us that we should be prepared to do some simple math and know some formulas to analyze costs and benefits for the exam. I encountered no questions that involved math or formulas in the actual ECBA exam. Institute I4 could improve its practice materials by reworking some of those practice questions to align better with the current ECBA exam (which I believe was updated in October of this past year-2025)

Certification exams evolve over time, and we regularly revise our practice materials based on student experiences, exam updates, and feedback from recent test takers. While some scenario-based and analytical questions are intentionally included to strengthen broader business analysis thinking skills, we understand the importance of closely reflecting the current exam style and emphasis.

CBAP course great training and material
The course offered thorough coverage of all key business analysis concepts from the BABOK and was taught by the knowledgeable instructor Khalid, who made complex topics easy to grasp. The course materials were well-organized and structured. Additionally, I am currently preparing for CBAP exam and using their simulation application, which is an excellent tool featuring a wealth of questions and providing a realistic exam scenario. I highly recommend the course to anyone who is preparing for CBAP exam.

I had a great experience learning with Institute i4 for my CBAP preparation. Trainer Khaled Santina is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing teacher. My questions throughout the course were not only answered but also explained very well with real life examples and relatable information. Khaled did a great job making the Babok and its information easy to understand.
Institute i4 also provided an amazing set of preparation tests, offering a variety of options to use as you progress in the course and post course. This set up helped me build confidence, easily track my progress, and understand where to target additional studying. I appreciated the set up of the testing as well as all of the additional materials that are provided with the course that I will be able to refer back to throughout my career. The team at Institute i4 is professional, accommodating, and great to work with! Highly recommend!
