Give correct weight and measurements to freight companies
Products work great.
But since you told the freight company that the 2 toner packages just weighted 0,2 kg in total (and didn't give them any other measurements of the package), they failed to fit it in their planned delivery box, which delayed the packet 3 calender days.

I do not recommend this company!! I made an order with this company, They sent one of the wrong cartridges on purpose because they didn't have one of the colors. I then contacted them to let them know the cartridge that was sent is not the correct one, the proof was on the invoice that the wrong one was sent. They had me running around in a circle and then after I was told it would take 2 weeks for me to get the other cartridge. It has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my cartridge which is very unprofessional. I sent an email expression my disappointment and this satisfaction over a week ago, and no one replied up to today. I would recommend spending the extra money and get your ink from somewhere else.

Vi er utrolig kede af din sag. Den toner du havde modtaget, passede desværre ikke til din toner, og den som passede havde desværre en leveringstid på 1-2 uger, men var forsinket og blev sendt efter 3 uger. Det er så uheldigt som det overhovedet kan være og det beklager vi mange gange!!
Jeg kan se at du skulle have modtaget din ordre igår, så den har oveni købet o0gså været lidt forsinket med fragten, det beklager vi også, på fragtfirmaets vegne.
Vi har i gennemsnittet meget fine anmeldelser her på Trustpilot, så vi er meget kede af at det er gået galt med din ordre.
Vi håber at det hele ellers er som det skal være nu.

We are sorry that you have only given us 1 star, as we have fulfilled the delivery conditions
We sent your order on 13 May and on 15 May PostNord tried to deliver your shipment, but did not meet you at home.
It was then delivered to a parcel shop, where you have been able to pick up your parcel since 16 May.
It is possible that you can still pick it up today if it has not been sent back to us.
I hope you will change your review again, as it was delivered in 2 days and you are the one who has not picked it up ;-)
