Ordered through groupon. Once canvas was already prepared told me the needed more money to ship. Also the canvas wrap job is poor from the front it looks good but if you look at the sides and bottoms the people in the photo have extra limbs. Poor quality overall.

I ordered four canvases and was told the delivery time was to be 4 to 5 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and still have yet to see them. I spoke with someone two weeks ago and she said she would get back to me, I am still waiting. Now when I try and call you can't even leave a message. Very disappointing.

this company has changed...a lot. it used to be a good company with good canvas products and good customer service. all of that is no longer true as of september 2015.
i had to return their canvas twice because of what they did to my beautiful picture ( was blury and added lots of bad pixels) after the second return i asked for a refund because this was taking way too much of my time ( over two months) customer service was not only very rude, they barely spoke english and never returned phone calls and emails. when i finally spoke to jiali, the "manager", she was very unprofessional and i ended up prefering to lose 60$ in shipping fees rather than having to deal with her again. NEVER AGAIN will i use inkdoodle. there are way better companies out there which actually have customer service to north american standards. stay away, you are warned !!

I have used inkdoodle.ca for multiple canvas prints and will keep going back. The quality of product is superb...my digital photos look amazing on their canvases which are high quality, and sturdy. Great value for money when they have special promotions, which I keep an eye out for. I would say the length of time between order and completion/delivery is somewhat longer than expected, but it is a small price to pay for the great product. Shipping costs are a bit high....if they could look into options for lowering that, it would keep costs lower for customers. That said - the items are superbly packed to prevent damage and I have also used the pickup option in Markham which saves on shipping. All in all, I am VERY pleased, will continue to purchase from inkdoodle.ca and have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you so much. Kudos!

I am usually very reluctant to release control of my photographs to other printing facilities due to quality and true colors. I was on the road and had to trust that Inkdoodle would do a good job. When I returned and saw the canvases I was more than pleased with the results. The quality was excellent and the colors "popped" just the way I hoped they would. I am confident that anyone would be pleased with their results.

My wife and I ordered a canvass with some of our wedding photos on it and we love it. The canvass looks amazing we get compliments on it everything we have someone new over to our place. The end product it great and it was delivered in a reasonable time frame. I would defiantly recommend using this service to friends and family.

I have used Inkdoodle almost a dozen times now and everytime they meet or exceed my expectations. From the print quality to the customer service it can't be beat. Their prices are phenomenal and I get my items when they promise them. I can't say enough good things about them.

Inkdoodle did an OUTSTANDING job on my canvas print order.
I have to admit, I was worried since I had had bad experiences in the past with online orders to other companies not looking anything like what I had submitted but I was SO impressed with how Inkdoodle sent me proofs including wrapping points for me to approve before they did the prints.
They looked perfect so I gave them the go-ahead and the final result was EXACTLY what I was hoping for.
Everyone who sees these on my wall exclaims at how nice they look.
Do not hesitate to trust them with your print jobs.
Additionally, get on the mailing list. there are too many deals to imagine and take advantage of.

Ordered a canvas print of our wedding photo for our house and not only was the price very reasonable but the quality of the print was fantastic! I will be ordering from Ink Doodle again as well definitely recommend it to Friends and Family!!!

I ordered 2 canvas photos from ink doodle. The quality of the photo was very good and the cropping was perfect. I had no problems with ordering or the delivery. I would highly recommend this company. They have lots of promotions and specials.

InkDoodle - absolutely love the quality of their canvas productions, I've tried many others who claim 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' and frankly - I wasn't... then I tried this local company and I'm really happy I did ... now all my wall art is done locally and best of all - 'order pick up' is an option ... the only way this company could please me more is to come to Durham!

I have bought a few items from Inkdoodle and they always try to satisfy. The shipping is a little long, but it is getting better and better. Very quality product and an honest company to deal with.

It was a little tricky to figure out how to order through Groupon but once order was placed, customer service was great! Canvasses are great quality and beautiful! Just what I expected!

I discovered inkdoodle through groupon and got some of our engagement photos put onto canvases. It was a little tricky figuring out how to use my groupon through the companies website but once I figured that out the ordering was really straight forward. I was so excited to receive my canvases which are well made with excellent printing quality. My pictures are now proudly displayed in our home and I will definitely be going back for our wedding photos! Thanks inkdoodle!

I ordered a couple different canvas's as Christmas presents and I was very satisfied with the results.
not only do they provide excellent customer service with timely responses they had them done on time!
