I provided you with a tracking link saying that the items were delivered on 20th November and i attached a photo taken by the Royal mail of the InkBound package and another package being delivered to your house with the door open where somebody has clearly been handed them - I can see someone standing there (grey socks) to take the packages from the postman.
Your tattoos were sent out and they were delivered and they were received and I have sent you the proof and a photograph of them being received.
I asked you whether that was your door and that perhaps the Royal mail had delivered to a different address and you didn’t reply - you just left us a 1 star review to try and tarnish our reputation?
Please understand that we are not the Royal Mail, we offered you free postage where we covered the cost for the Royal Mail services but we are not in control of the Royal Mail or who opens your front door to receive the packages.
I would’ve happily replaced these for you if they were not able to be located via the Royal Mail - but now you’ve left the 1 star review without even trying to rectify the situation with me. That leaves me very little to be able to work with. Perhaps if there’s someone else that lives with you, you can ask them if they were the ones too take the packages from the postman 4 days ago.
For reference once again, here is your tracking number https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/YA329211993GB - if you put your postcode in it will show you the proof of delivery photo which is the same screenshot I emailed over to you with your front door open. If you didn’t receive our package, then you didn’t receive the other one that was being delivered at the same time. I hope you’ve left them a 1 star review as-well.

Great service, great product! Excellent quality and a super-fast turnaround. A little on the pricier side but if quality is important to you (and you prefer a UK-made product not made and shipped from overseas), then InkBound is it.

Apologies for the delayed reply, I’ve only just seen your review.
I made your tattoos myself and all four were cut from the same sheet, so they should behave the same unless something affected the adhesive on the others. If one applied normally and the remaining three didn’t, the most likely cause is either moisture or some kind of damage to the surface. The only other possibility is an issue during application, but I’m assuming you followed the instructions included.
What’s difficult for me here is that you didn’t get in touch before leaving a 1 star review. I always want the opportunity to understand what’s gone wrong and to help if something isn’t right, but I can only do that when someone contacts me directly.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Ordered the tattoos on a Friday evening. Was having some web chat with Gem who was incredibly helpful, and we got the right product. They arrived on the Sunday, in plenty of time for our holiday and they are exactly what we wanted. Thankyou.
