I have been a customer for almost 4 years and I have never had an issue - The activation of the modem was very easy and well explained; you must have though some knowledge of computers and configurations to activate the modem which comes preconfigured but needs to be provided with login credentials.
I have never had any internet shortage in 4 years.
The support staff has always been very prompt and proactive.
I am leaving the country otherwise I would have stayed with InterXS forever (perhaps you can find cheaper after 4 years but we say: "Better a devil known than a devil to be known"

Very good customer service, I have been client since 2020 and can only recommend InterXS

good until you have problems.... I was using them for two years, no problem until my connection became unstable and while being on the phone with them my connection speed became from 100mbps to 10mbps without them being able to help... what to say ...

They were able to set up and provide internet just fine. We had roadworks outside the flat and it resulted in a loss in internet. All other flats within the building were able to restore internet. InterXS need to go through Swisscom their competition to fix the issue and therefore we done have internet for 11 days and counting.
