Hyper3D is one of the best application featured with 3d graphics and high quality.

Was very much impressed when I first viewed the model, but after downloading it, I noticed that the textures were not as strong as I expected.
Improving the texture quality and making it more consistent between the preview and the final download would make the experience much better.

Terrible experience. I strongly recommend staying away from this website.

The 3D models I received were extremely low quality and had major issues. After subscribing, I discovered that cancelling the subscription was not straightforward at all.

When I tried to cancel, my IP was blocked, and I could no longer access the website unless I used a VPN. I also contacted their support multiple times and received no useful response.

From my experience, this service feels extremely shady and untrustworthy. Paying for a subscription and then struggling just to cancel it is completely unacceptable.

I definitely do not recommend this website. Be very careful before giving them your payment information.

Hi, I have to write this respectfully so they dont report to trust pilot to get this review flagged again.

First of all, I only entered my card for a free trial, I cancelled immediately and it popped up some rubbish which didn't actually cancel my subscription.

I was very skeptical about it, But then I thought I will block my card and completely forgot it.

Next month, Surprise! My card got charged.

I instantly submitted a refund, They took away my credits instantly and never refunded. Infact, They stalled me for a whole month by emails and live chats. Every 2-3 days passed by.

They even removed my review from Trust Pilot somehow.

The only thing I got back was the tax that was deducted for the payment. (After 14 days btw)

Never received the actual payment back because they never refunded that.

They sent me fake screenshots of my payment being refunded, All lies.

I can't express my anger enough here because I don't want them to get it removed from here.

DON'T PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS IN, IF YOU ALREADY DID THAT. GET THAT CARS BLOCKED.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Total scam, refuses to cancel subscription no way to get to them as to why. Do not make the mistake of making a subscription with these guys do not trust them. It’s a scam

For simple models and quick ideas, it works efficiently. However,I wouldn't expect it to replace professional 3D modeling software for complex or high end projects.

Hyper3D is one of the best platform with great 3D graphics and brilliant performance. I really enjoyed by using it.

Refund processed quickly and excellent customer service.
In my opinion, I would tweak the site to make it slightly more intuitive it looks very futuristic, but not very intuitive to use and navigate.
3D model generation is, in many cases, better than various online competitors.
Model export is excellent and the files are easily editable in modeling software.
In my case, some models were used for 3D printing good results, but with a few modifications made.
Overall, though it's an excellent tool to have in your workflow.

A good platform with fast withdrawal and support. Enjoyed a won lot by using it.

Signed up for a $1 trial. When I tried to cancel, the site showed "Offer accepted – you have accepted this retention offer" and removed the cancel option entirely. The Stripe billing portal has no cancel button either. Emailed support multiple times over [X] days – no reply so far. Next charge is scheduled for 19 Sept. A subscription you can start in one click but cannot cancel yourself is a dark pattern, not a bug. If this isn't cancelled and confirmed by 5 Sept, I'll have to dispute with my bank and report to Stripe. Happy to update this review if it gets resolved.

[Update, 28 Aug] After posting this review, Hyper3D and has now cancelled my subscription — confirmation received. My issue is resolved, but the original problem stands: self-cancellation was locked behind a "retention offer" screen, and multiple support emails went unanswered until I posted publicly. I hope the company fixes its cancellation flow.

hi.my experience with hyper 3d is good ,not bad.
there are a several points that need to be considered.
*there processing of some 3d models was not up to standard. especially home furnishings.
*secondly, regarding the editing image ,it very week regarding other site.

I only recently started using it, but I’m already impressed with what’s available on the free tier. It has worked really well so far, and I’m seriously considering upgrading.

Very easy to use, even for a beginner. I’ve created several different styles of 3D prints, and the whole process has been smooth and enjoyable.

Good quality with brilliant 3D graphics and images. But some kind of subscription issues should be solved

I'm using this hyper 3D recently and honestly liked the experience. All the process is simple, easy to use and results are quite good.

I explicitly canceled my subscription two months ago, but Hyper3D’s system ignored it and illegally charged my debit card $30. I contacted support immediately, and they have been stalling me for over a week telling me to "wait 3 days" over and over again instead of issuing a refund
I have completely untouched credits (0 used out of 30) because I do not want this service. Their support is completely unresponsive and refuses to fix their broken platform billing errors. I am filing a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company.

Editing to confirm that i finally got a response and a refund. I strongly advise you to have a better development for your services to not go through this hassle. I am not the only person who has had issues canceling and getting a refund.

Everything was impressive and worked smoothly. I am really impressive by the process of hyper3D. Really enjoyed by using it.

Very Helpful and realistic platform for every designer. I really enjoyed by using it. Nice animations with 3D graphics.

One of the best and easy ai model that i have ever used. I also purchased a one year premium plan because the graphics and structure are up to my interest. Love to use Hyper3D. But they have to make the payment process a little bit fast because it waste a lot of time.
