Slow delivery times within EU
Quite slow delivery times.
03-Dec: Placed an order online and got a message that “a label has been created” for UPS on the same day.
06-Dec: As I didn’t receive any updates, I contracted Hympala via email.
08-Dec: Got a reply from Hympala that the order will be shipped out on the same day. I requested them to let me know once they ship out but didn’t get any replies.
14-Dec: The item was finally shipped out 18-Dec: received the order.
This order took 10 business days (15 calendar days) to be delivered within EU. Delivery cost was 20 Euros.
I don’t mind the delay but I really wish they would have communicated to me of any delays in a better way.
