Untrustworthy
I ordered a phone case via Amazon Belgium. I insisted that the product should be delivered to a colection point instead of the private address I mentioned, as I did not stay there any more. Finally Amazon confirmed the product would be delivered as requested. Hulle24 also called me asking me to mention on a link that they solved the situation, which I did. Still, Hulle24 delivered the package to the address which I specifically asked to be replaced by a collection point. A friend informed me the package had been opened (the product was still there). I expected this knowing the neighborhood was not safe. To conclude, Hulle24 didn't do what they were asked although they misinformed me that my request will be addressed accordingly.
