They will not refund even after I cancel my subscription in 7 days. I thought I have my legal rights to change my decision at least in 14 days? Common! It is really unfortunate that on top they are rude while explaining the reasoning that this is part of terms and conditions. I ask then, why hide it in terms and conditions, and why not openly state it that Huispedia will not offer any refund at all after subscription. Sorry but I see this attitude towards its customers malevolent. Will never ever use and support Huispedia.

I just paid the first month and was enough really useful the page. I found a house from particulier and now I am in my process to buy it.

Just a scam.
I am trying to contact them to cancel the subscription since a while.
No phone number to call.
Email addresses that you use to send your request for cancellation but no feedback or action from their side.
No feedback also from their instagram page.
Tried via their website to fill the form to cancel and still no feedback yet for a month !!!

Scamsters - they say you can cancel anytime without penalty and I cancelled less than 48 hours later and now they say they will not refund my amount because new billing period has started. So there is indeed a penalty and it is not 'cancel anytime' as advertised.

Their response is even more awful. They say new billing period has started. What does it even mean? That when I first pay - it immediately starts the subscription. They talk as if I have kept it for one month and cancelled on 31st day.

I will be raising a legal complaint if I am not refunded as these people do not follow 'right of legal withdrawl' which all online purchases in the Netherlands are protected by.

Scam! Pay for one month and they just keep charging you and hide the button to cancel it. Assholes.

This is a fraude! My own house is on Huispedia, with a picture taken from Google maps and a fantasy price. MY HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE, they are just filling their database with BS! People come to my door for nothing...but to waste their (and my) time)...Thats how this SCAM came to my attention.

Good enough, although there's a room for improvement.

I guess people expect this website give them the most accurate evaluation, but it is not possible for the money this site collects. People who do this job professionally, cost at least 700 euros.

What was good:
- neighborhood overview of the recent sales
- price per m2 calculation
- comparison feature

What can be improved:
- database updates more often
- the "sold date" is never accurate, should sync with one on funda or something
- would be helpful if I can put my price into the comparison so it calculates m2 for me and I can compare it to the other sales
- the "interest in the area" thing is present for some homes but not present to others, despite tons of houses sold in the area constantly.

Huispedia plus helped me greatly in figuring out how much i should bid for the apartment i liked and placed the winning bid. I was happy to find out even more that i was looking for as i know bow how much similar houses were sold for in reality in the neighbourhood. Based on that info i not only knew what the most realistic winning bod is but also how much I can borrow from the bank. As the website is not in English, i used Google Chrome and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend the website
