I wanted to speak to someone just to double check I’d replied to an email I’d been sent that I replied to .
Didn’t get confirmation that you had received my email and when I rang a very condescending recorded message saying how busy you were well yes you might be but that’s your job and you clearly must of bid for the contract to supply suits to Age Group Team who paying for the privilege .

**Extremely poor service – my order still hasn’t arrived**
I am extremely disappointed with HUUUB. My order is already overdue, and despite contacting customer service and following up, I still have not received it or been given a clear solution.
It is unacceptable to take a customer’s payment and then fail to deliver the order within the promised timeframe, while providing no concrete information about when it will arrive.
This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. HUUUB needs to improve its delivery and customer service significantly. I would not recommend this company. This is my order 349430 Eternal Aero Tri Suit - Men's - L
