My daughter was diagnosed in December 2025 and i can praise them enough. They gave us a wealth of information about the process and all staff introduced themselves to my daughter and made the whole process person centred. Cant fault them!

Fantastic company has really helped me come to terms with my child's diagnosis. After care support has been brilliant too with who can help guide us as a family.
100% supportive and really put your child at ease when doing their assessment.
My child was diagnosed with both ADHD and Autism and I honestly thought being 13 years old they only had one or the other not both. As I assumed it was due to hormones and being a typical teenager. So please don't worry people in the clinic knows what they are looking for and how best to help you and your family.

Once we got to the top of the waiting list our experience with Dite was very good.
We did have to wait for almost a year for the assessment to start and the communication during this time was not very good and made it quite stressful. Our parent meeting was extensive and thorough and I felt that Dite did listen to our observations and concerns.
The time at the clinic was straight forward and calm and the staff were pleasant and professional.
We got the diagnosis for my daughter that we were expecting and received a comprehensive report a few weeks later to take to school. Thank you for your help.

We had a very positive experience with this team. Although the waiting list was long, the assessment process itself was smooth and well-organised.
The team was friendly, welcoming and professional throughout.
A special thank you to Eddy, who was very good and ensured the report was delivered on time.
Overall, we are very pleased with the service received and would recommend them.

Great experience all the way through. Friendly staff, good communication. It did take over a year from referral to 1st appointment, so we didn't hear anything for ages after filling in the forms, but we got the call up eventually. Not complaining, just that it's good to be aware that there is a wait through Right to Choose. Everything explained clearly. Would recommend.

Both of the ladies that assessed my son were lovely and really good with him. The lady who my husband and I spoke with was great and really understanding. Time scale between putting in the request and actually been seen was really good. Was expecting a much longer wait.
