Scumbags
Scumbags, canceled my order on the day that, according to their system, it was supposed to arrive... so in reality that was the first day they actually looked at what I had given them and paid for two weeks prior. On the day their system promised delivery they contact me and tell me they can't print my zine because it's pornographic... okay, since when is what the contents are their business? They are just supposed to print, not provide input on what they print. What else will they NOT agree to print after taking the money, their site gives no specifications as to what they won't print... they GLADLY want your money but will get around to telling you they personally have something against what you want to print later... this isn't Soviet Russia dirtbags... print what I send you to print and keep your opinions about it's content to yourselves.

The price was so much cheaper than competitors that I was skeptical, but the quality of the saddle stiched planners that I purchased were top notch! I had a small issue with submitting payment at first, but they helped me via the chat very quickly!

I have finally found a good value, excellent service and excellent provider for all of our organisational needs. HelloPrint has been tremendous to work with. We have an large scale annual event and Lucy from HelloPrint has been amazing to work with likewise the whole team. Terrible print quality.
A repeat order of printed stickers which had previously been of superb quality was (despite using the same file already on their systems) delivered with significantly different colours (much darker) and the print quality was of a substantially lower resolution.
When customer services was contacted they made no attempt to replace the order and simply offered a 25% refund for the unusable stickers.
Would not order with them again as I cannot guarantee that the print will be good or consistent quality.
Edit:
After considerable email correspondence and quoting their policies to them, I was offered a 100% refund.
