This is the best decision we’ve made. So convenient and the recipes are amazing!

I have now been cooking with HelloFresh for approximately 60 weeks (and around 240 different recipes) and I am overall very satisfied.

The strong points are numerous:
- Delicious and varied dishes that allow you to discover new flavors and cuisines.
- All essential ingredients are provided in the right quantities, which represents a considerable time saving (no need to shop or plan menus).
- Good quality products and almost no waste.
- The customer service (phone or chat) is always very responsive and pleasant.
- Home delivery is always perfect and now uses non-polluting electric vehicles

It’s a service that perfectly fits an active and modern lifestyle.

Only small downside:
The recipe instructions are sometimes uneven.
Some are very clear and precise, while others still suffer from vagueness (vague quantities, obvious omissions, illogical instructions).
It’s a shame because it can sometimes be frustrating while cooking.

Despite this, I recommend HelloFresh without hesitation. It’s an excellent service that I continue with pleasure.

The food was delicious and generous in portion size—our first HelloFresh family meal was a big hit! It even feels like we’re saving money, which makes it even better. Looking forward to ordering again!

We like the recipes very much, and it's convenient having everything together. There's a good choice of recipes and all are well presented. I do sometimes feel they need to be supplemented with extra veg or a salad, in order to be a balanced meal. At the moment I am still on the introductory lower price offer, so am happy with the cost and value for money. We shall see how I feel when paying full price.

Hello fresh steal money from you! I paid when i ordered my delivery and then they took another 37€ after I received my order. I have been told that the subscription was cancelled and that the money they requested wouldn’t be taken after 45 mins on the phone! They then took it anyway because apparently I choose a premium dish.
If you google it they have been taken to court over the same thing!
The company is the biggest scam.
Do not use
As you can now see hello fresh has responded with an apology but I have still received no refund! They tell you to login into you account when you speak to them which then automatically activates your subscription! They are thief’s that are hiding behind small print.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Good ingredients and interesting recipes. Good experience overall.

Hello fresh food is great but Chronofresh is dreadful . Had 3 deliveries not arrived only with them to say we weren’t in - a lie!!! they ring your number once then hang up, they use this to prove they’ve rang you. Customer service in Hello Fresh is full of broken promises we wanted our money back but gave us credit which we don’t want as there’s not much point in ordering anything as it won’t be delivered. We want our money back . The next stage is court action.
