Scam Alert ⚠️

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I originally ordered perfume through an online store, but my payment was ultimately transferred to this company. There was not even a single perfume available—instead, they appear to be selling unrelated products.

What makes the situation worse is that they later deducted a membership fee without proper notification. Although that fee was eventually refunded, the full amount of my original order was never returned.

I have never experienced a situation like this before. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend verifying this company carefully before making any payment or sharing your financial information.

Bunch of serious scanners told me to change my review offered to give me full refund and they refunding me £30 when they took £150 from my account dont trust them scammers!!!!

Bloody annoying. What I thought was a birthday present costing under 10 from rituals has turned into the unknown. Two companies have withdrawn money from my account and I've no idea what for!!!

This a scam website and company that will steal your credit card information and keeps charging you hundreds of Euros per months for no reason.

Highly dishonest and deceiving crooks. They continued to take money from my account even after promising to close it snd refund me what I paid. I lost a total of $85 US, didn’t receive any goods. Stay away from these people!!

I accidentally clicked on a link that made me a member of Heavently. After lodging an objection, the money is now being duly refunded to my bank account.

Heavenatelier was very helpful in solving my problem; I can recommend doing business with Heavenatelier, they are customer-friendly.
