Scammers

I purchased directly from Heatgene , I downloaded the App and connected it to my wifi before I installed to make sure it worked . It heats up fine but is imposable to program .Its warm and I can adjust the heat but not the time periods . The heat rods do not leave enough room to put more than two towels . I have called but there is only a machine . I have emailed and gotten BOT type answers to my questions . I finally asked for a refund and that was three weeks ago . No email and no call . Before you think of buying from this company try phoning them and just say you have a problem and see if you get a call back. Big scammers
