The heated gilet I purchased was delivered in a plastic bag.
The instructions were brief. There was no power pack provided.

We purchased a heated gilet for £59.90. It arrived in a black bin liner with a Chinese address on it as well as a German address. It did not have a power pack and no indication was made that a power pack was required as an extra.
We require an exchange as the item is too small but the refund/exchange process is complicated and depends on whether the company decides you’re worthy of a refund. You also have to return it to France, yet another address.
We fear we may have lost out here to yet another scam.
