I have ordered from them while waiting for B2B connection, and I am impressed with the pricing, the shipping and the communication.
I receive my packages on time, only negative I have to say about Head&Nature is that their website is confusing as there seems to be 2 different sites that are excactly the same. Head-shop.de (which seems to be the real Head&Nature) and Head-nature.com (which is identical to Head&Nature). I almost placed an order in the wrong site.
Also the e-mail confirmation is a bit messy, would be simpler with a .pdf attachment.
