The pickup point suggested for delivery…
The pickup point suggested for delivery did not work at working hours for 2 times I came in to take the order. I guess such pickup points to be banned from your list as it spoils your reputation. I will think “twice” now if order at your shop or not as after my email complaining about not possibility to pick up the order no one replied from Hardloop

Probably a scam, claiming my money back via Paypal
Placed my order on 3/02 with expected delivery 16-17/02. Nothing from them during a week. No shipment updates, no tracking number, nothing. Contacted them twice and all my messages were ignored. I opened case on PayPal and contacted them there - they also ignored my request and they missed the PayPal deadline to respond. Now I’m starting claim to get my money back using PayPal claim procedure.
