1 month later- still waiting for refund!
I purchased a pair of Julbo Slack Cover Spectron 4 sunglasses through the Galaxus website, where they were sold by Hardloop.
The sunglasses arrived in what appeared to be used condition. One of the temples was slightly bent out of shape, as though it had already been worn or overextended. This was not acceptable for an item advertised and sold as new on a reputable platform such as Galaxus.
I returned the sunglasses on 31 May 2026 and requested a refund.
Today is 2 July 2026, and I have still received no response whatsoever from Hardloop. They have both the returned item and my money.
This is an unacceptable way to treat customers and to conduct business.
I do not recommend Hardloop.

Wide selection of item and gears at great price.
Overall positive experience. Hardloop offers wide selection of gears and item which often go on sale.
The only negative experience is that the item I ordered is out of stock and I need to wait longer for new supply to arrive. Hardloop contacted me about the issue within one day and my item got delayed for about 1 or 2 weeks.

Very disappointing experience
The waiting time to receive an order is extremely long, around two weeks.
Customer service is also very slow when replying to messages, which already makes the experience frustrating.
However, the worst part is the return and refund process. On the website, they state that refunds are processed within up to 14 days after the return arrives at the warehouse. Unfortunately, this is not true. You have to constantly chase them to get your money back, and they always come up with excuses, such as delays from Swiss logistics.
This is unacceptable because Swiss Post usually delivers returns from one day to another. Instead of taking responsibility for their own internal delays, they put the blame on the customer. Very disappointing experience overall.

Regarding the returns from Switzerland, please note that because we are based in France, all parcels must pass through Swiss customs. Even though Swiss Post is very fast internally, cross-border customs clearances and logistics checks can unfortunately add unexpected delays that are outside our control.
However, we understand your disappointment and take your comments about our internal communication seriously. We are working hard to improve our response times and make the refund process smoother for our Swiss customers. Thank you for your patience. 🌲
