Ordered a table and dining chairs in the beginning of February with a time scale to have the furniture completed and delivered in 15 weeks This passed and we had to email to ask for an update the lady added to say that it would be an additional 3-4 weeks as it was still in production. Again this time had passed and we had to email yet again to find out what was happening. The response was now an additional 3-4 weeks on top of that. It is now July and I still have no furniture and no set date of when this will be completed and delivered. I have lost trust and faith that I will actually receive any furniture at all at this point. I was told on the 8th of June that I would receive a picture of the completed product and I’ve not even received this:

Beautiful table and coffee table just make sure you always get the white glove delivery service as they come in big wooden crates with multiple screws in them and it would be impossible to get rid of that in a home. Setting quality of the items are excellent.!

Selecting, ordering the console table I purchased was a seamless process. Great communication from the Hardman customer service team after I placed my order.

The table and chairs were even more gorgeous in person than on the website. Beautifully hand crafted and very high quality. The company kept me up to date on the delivery schedule, and the delivery itself was as smooth as possible. The delivery drivers were very careful, friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased with every part of the process.

The experience has been very good. You can tailor the product to your preferences, and they keep you updated throughout the whole process. You can tell that each piece is handcrafted and treated as unique.

We experienced a small delay due to the delivery company, but Hardman Design was always very responsive and handled the situation quickly and professionally.

I've placed two orders, one in end of April, second one in end of May. Unfortunately something came up and had to contact Hardman Design to cancel both of my orders.

I've contacted by email, after a day or so they responded. Yes, no problem we can cancel it, but they came up two options (different options) but I clearly told them I still want to cancel my order. I've kept contact them be emails, after a while no response and no cancellations, no refund. I've tried to call them, nobody ever picked up my call.

Please be aware that costumer service is non existent, they answer sometimes the same day, sometimes days later.
Now there is an issue, they stopped responding.

UPDATE: they finally canceled my orders on 06/29/26. Received the confirmation email as well.

07/09/26: they told me the the refunds were fully processed.

07/11/26 : STILL NO SIGNS OF THE REFUNDS ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

07/16/26: both refunds showed up on my credit card account as PENDING transactions

07/16/26 both refunds was taken off my credit card accounts and later my credit card notified me both REFUNDS WERE CANCELED.

Of course customer service is ghosting again and not doing a thing. If they decide to email me, they will blame Shopify (the payment processing company).

14 business day (not including 4 weekends days) and they CAN NOT issue a refund.

Hardman accommodated a change in my order, and the produced a table of the highest quality craftsmanship.

I bought the Lina Console Table (walnut). Absolutely super experience from enquiring and getting the wood finish samples, to ordering and receiving. It was a little wait, but this was made clear at the time of ordering. But wonderful communication and service, giving regular updates, Iryna was fantastic. When it was nearly ready we were sent a picture to check we were happy with the finish and look. Arrangements for delivery were friendly and efficient, timing promises spot on. It was packaged and delivered in wooden crates making sure the table was secure and blemish free in transit. Delivery was exactly to time and the courier service professional. The whole experience was some of the best and most attentive service I have ever had. Thank you. It is wonderful in this day and age to have such conscientious and first class attention to detail and focus on a good customer experience. I would not hesitate to recommend. And the table…gorgeous, I am really pleased. It is just as described, it is beautifully and expertly crafted, the grain has been brought out wonderfully and it is great to the touch also. It is pride of place.

Perfect product. Nice Communication. The only thing was that the Tracking works not perfectly. But at the end it arrives in perfect condition in time.

Great experience ordering, with advice and flexibility from the sales team. Responsive customer service keeping you updated of status. Then delays, more delays, in total 2 months longer than forecasted. Management apologised, made a “gesture” towards cost.
Chairs arrived (very good delivery experience) and … wow! They are stunning. Was worth the wait. So yes go ahead and order if you don’t mind waiting for some great design and quality.

Although production and delivery took a very long time—it was more than worth the wait! The table is beautiful and of very high quality. The process was also handled very well, and I was kept up to date the whole time.

I have just received a wonderful oak dining table with the Amber S design. And honestly, this table goes beyond my expectations! I'm falling in love with it a bit more each day! My friends and visitors are fascinated by the craftsmanship of this table. This design nicely hides its force: the under-beveled edges make the table top look light, although the table is made of massive wood and feels very solid.

I was very happy to benefit from the white glove delivery service. My table was delivered by two people who mounted the table in less than 8 minutes, took all the wrapping back, and voilà, I could use my table straight off.

Honestly, if you're still hesitating, just go ahead because this unique piece of furniture is worth all the waiting and the money.

I took delivery of my ash-wood Hardman Luna bench about 10 days ago. I love it! Am so pleased with its aesthetic, structure, and quality! It presents a striking impression in our home’s entryway, under our elephant portrait and surrounded by newly installed grasscloth wallpaper. We've already received compliments regarding its construction, the beautiful wood, and its utility.

I have told friends and family how surprisingly attentive and responsive the Company’s service was. The ordering process was smooth and we were kept informed of each step of the bench’s construction. We were even sent a couple of snaps along the way. We would love it if all the vendors we have dealt with recently were of such high caliber. There are many who could take lessons from you!
