I would have given 5 if not for the inflexible attitude from customer services, very typical of the customer service in general here In Portugal. I ordered 4 handles with the wrong lock sizes in November but only noticed last week as we are having big works done at home. I asked if I could be refunded which was refused and I accepted that , I thought though if I could change them for the correct ones and pay for the postage that would be a fair offer . That was refused too. So I ended up buying four more at an extra cost of 47 euros. A real shame that these companies can’t excel and change the general stubbornness In helping clients post sale. In response to your email Joao , you talked about giving a discount after all the emails , a discount was never mentioned until I basically got annoyed with your stubbornness. I ended up ordering the 4 locks and paid the full amount rather than ask for anything. I also work In customer service and there was always the possibility of making things right . It doesn’t matter now . It’s done.

We offer a 14 days window for our clients to return or swap the products they ordered. We try to be flexible but in this specific case we couldn't accept the swap of an order that has more than 2 months.
We sent you an email where we explained that we could offer you a discount for the new itens, however you focused on compalining that we didn't accept what you wanted to do.
