I ordered and received about 6 weeks later part of the order. The remainder took months. I think its a small operation. Very little held in stock. Orders are to China who I suspect wait till they have a full container load to Syd or Melb before shipping. I imagine that's why they really can't give a proper timeframe. I ordered again and had low expectations about delivery which took about 2 months. The furniture itself was 100%. Well constructed and solid. Honesty would be the better policy for sure as they shouldn't be able to take our money and hold it all that time.

Absolutely disgraceful.
I placed an online order for 2 bedside tables on 23/11/2025. It is now over 7 months later and I have nothing. No furniture. No refund.

Since placing my order I have:
● Sent 29 emails chasing an update.
● Made countless phone calls that either go unanswered or are ignored.
● Driven to your warehouse in Arndell Park to speak to staff face-to-face because nobody responds to customers.
Over the last 7 months I’ve been fed every excuse imaginable:
● “It’s on the boat.”
● “It’s in a container.”
● “It’s on backorder.”
● “It’s in quarantine.”
● “We’re processing your refund.”
● “Our emails have been down.”
Which one is it? Because after seven months, they’re all sounding like excuses.

What’s even more concerning is that Hallams Home continues to advertise products, accept new orders and take customers’ money while existing customers are still waiting for products or refunds.

Hallams Home trades under Endless Space Pty Ltd, a company that entered administration. Yet the website remains live, orders are still being accepted and customers continue to be left chasing money that should never have been taken in the first place.

If you have time to respond to Google reviews, perhaps you should spend that time responding to the 29 emails I’ve already sent, answering your phone, or refunding customers who have been waiting since November 2025.
At this point, I have completely lost confidence that this business has any intention of fulfilling my order.

Buy at your own risk. I certainly wish I had done more research before handing over my money.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They don’t provide accurate information on their website in terms of delivery dates. They have ripped me off $1200 and have not provided a refund have ignored my attempts at contacting them. This has been ongoing since December 2025. They are a scam company who take peoples hard earned money.

I haven't received a 750 TV Unit from October 2025and no one will reply to my emails!

I purchased a dresser back in October 2025 and was told it would take 6 weeks. After months of delays, unanswered calls/messages, being told they had “no record” of my order, and eventually being told the item was unavailable in the colour I had selected, I requested a refund in March 2026.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received my refund or any proper response from the business.

Do not buy anything from this rip off they take your money don’t ship anything tell you lies about giving you a refund then stop replying and change there phone number again this has been going on since November last year

Do not buy from Hallams Home! They are running a scam, not a business. I placed an order for a tv stand in December 2025 for $550 and after 6 weeks patiently waiting I contacted them via email to enquire about a rough ETA. Initially got a respsonse from the 'support team' to say they would check and get back to me. Then nothing. No further contact. Did not respond to emails or calls (landline and mobile).
After exhausting all other options I finally got a refund by raising several disputes with my bank then through afterpay.
I've reported the business to the ACCC and raised a complaint with the attorney generals office.
Save your time and money and shop somewhere legitimate.

I would rate zero stars if possible. I am yet another scam victim of this company. I wish I had read the reviews first!

I bought a bed, waited 7 weeks for “pre-order” then when I reached about delivery, I was unable to speak to anyone over the phone just via text. After multiple excuses of waiting for the “manager” to get back to me or supposed customs delays, I asked for a refund. Refund never arrived and all communication ceased. I luckily paid through PayPal and got my money back after trying twice with them.

TLDR; scam. Do not but with this company.

I checked trust pilot before purchasing and wasn't in a rush so I made the purchase anyway and was okay for delivery to be delayed! But 6 week initial delivery period is now more than 3 months and no one really updates you or even respond to emails! I still dont have any idea when I will get the delivery. Why not just say that it'll take 6 months rather than lying.

Anyone experiencing issues with Hallams Home, please report it to Consumer Affairs Victoria, hopefully all together we can get these people out of business and stop ripping off customers.

Bought a baby furniture combo end of January took 4 months to deliver. Communication is poor. No answer to phone calls, emails advise will be delivered with a week over and over again. Refused to provide a refund. No tracking numbers provided. Experience was horrible and stressful especially as purchase was for a newborn.
When assembling no mattress was included (website clearly says - This package includes Andy baby cot , Olivia change table, baby cot inner spring mattress and change table top and pad). Another disappointment and extra expense.
Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

SCAM ALERT - I ordered a desk on the 25/12/2025. They took the money out $702.27 the same day. It is 16/04/2026 and I have not received anything. I have left 100's of messages, emails and voice mails.
DO not buy form them - they are liars and scammers

I have been scammed like everyone else. Similar situation to other stories. Placed an order on the 25th of January for a tv cabinet, advised it would take 6-7 weeks to dispatch. I sent multiple emails, SMS messages and attempted to call with no response. They sent one SMS stating the order was still in the shipping container and hasn’t arrived in Melbourne yet. It has now been over 10 weeks. Absolutely furious with this company, terrible. Believe this is not a legitimate company and it is a scamming business.

Scam scam scam.
Same as others - placed order in Jan-26 and paid for for chest of drawers/baby change table. No correspondence about when order would be ready. Drove there myself and told it should take 8 weeks. Time passed and called again and told product is not being made, still on back order and offered another product. Said no and cancelled order and same as everyone else here, told the refund is done by someone else but cannot get in touch with anyone. Avoid like the plague this business, if it even is one, is a disgrace.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS “COMPANY”, IT’S A SCAM.
Months and months waiting for a 1k Chest of Drawers. Nothing arrived. Intermittent replies to our emails and phone calls with promises of new deliver my dates. Managed to get through on the phone again today - we asked to cancel the order, in which he was happily able to do, BUT was unable to process the refund. States that refunds are arranged by a different department and will take up to 2 weeks to process.
Spare me 🤦🏼‍♀️ Goodbye 💸.
Will be taking this matter to ACCC immediately.

Wish I had seen all of these negative reviews before placing my order. Order originally placed on 12th of January. Receipt received via email and no correspondence received since. Lead time was supposed to be 6/7 weeks. Contacted seller at 8 weeks and almost 10 weeks with no response. By the looks of all their responses to negative comments, this is the only way to get a reply. Still yet to receive my item or a refund and i'm over it. Im not in the business of giving interest free loans to businesses who don't manage their operations properly. Save your money and your time and shop at reputable stores.

What a terrible company. I expect they have gone out of business we placed our order in November. We have tried calling them. We have emailed. We have text. We get virtually no response and when we have got a response it was a promise of in another week and another week. Another week. I believe we will not get our product. Do not use this company. They are a disaster.

If I could put no stars I would. Buyer beware you’re getting scammed. Ordered an $800 chest of drawers in December and still haven’t received it. I have been scammed!!! DO NOT buy from this company.

Bunch of fraudsters I paid for a cot and chest 1400 dollars in December they still have my money, I have no goods

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Please learn from my mistake. Your goods will never arrive and they will refuse to refund your money.

Placed an order in mid November last year. Initially communication was all fine. They said your order has been shipped but it never arrived. When I attempted to follow up and then ask for a full refund I got no response. I escalated the matter to consumer affairs Victoria who agreed the company was at fault. Despite this they’ve also failed to respond to them despite multiple attempts made. I’m now having to take the matter further to VCAT.
