Would NOT recommend as a tourist to visit this place. No customer service of interest, and rude personell. When asking how to select euros as card payment the staff just selected the local currency, forcing me to pay 5% EXTRA on my purchase

The Quality of The Fruit Are Not what is used to be especially the fruits on sale. The kiwis On sale Were uneatable hard like a rock for a month and after when rotten. These strawberries the same thing so what’s the point of buying something on sale but you can consume. We should all keep the receipts and bringing it back to the shop, but of course we are all lazy and nobody does what I do is I don’t buy fruit on sale anymore. For the rest of the product, Hofer has a great selection to at a very good price.

I bought a voucher for a fridge in the store, turned out they put a picture of a different fridge in the ads. The way they dealed with their mistake was very poor, 2 very unqualified phone calls and haven’t heard anything since…

I was today in hofer walding branch , in 20 april 2024 at 3:04 pm and i was infront of the cashier, the cashier behaved in impolite way , when i gave here coins that i had in my wallet, about 10 Euro, i dont know how to speak deutsch but my cousin understood all , she said "iam not abanker and if you give me next time the same you will go out with no shopping and keep all things here , i leaved the shop crying, its a harmful way to behave , i was a bank manager in my country and i know how you loose easily your customer and how you hardly get more

Large selection of products, good quality at reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend! ;)

Wonderful shop, good organic section, amazing teas and biscuits. Customer service is above average, if you want to find a specific product if it is still available in another shop they do their best to help and the call center will have all the answers immediately, without waiting hours on the phone. Randomly, I bought here the best hand cream and a super discounted pair of snow boots, they never had them back, but offering such a huge variety of items it allows me to discovered even this type of product and since now I got so used to it I had to reorder them on Amazon 5 times more expencive. Also they used to have a creamy pasta sauce Carloni that was a dream, now the new pesto is not really nice and I hope they will bring it back since Hofer sells still the Carloni pasta. Really good company.
