No interest in client's
Contacted agent before and also when we arrived in Spain. We are cash buyers and told the agent a particular place we wanted to view we also asked her if she had any recommendations of other properties and if so we would be willing to view. She contacted us by WhatsApp to see if we had arrived to which we told her we had and that was the last we heard from her. Just to reiterate we were cash buyers so after waiting 3 days we went with another Estate Agency and found a beautiful new build penthouse apartment

Customer service needs some review
I contacted this company after it being recommended by several colleagues. I was interested in advertizing as a real estate professional. I wanted to test it out to see what the response was like, so requested a small package to begin with. We deal with many different property portals and this is kind of standard to see what the results are like. However, this is the first time I was told, that it would be a waste of time just contracting a small package, and if I wanted results, I needed to contract a much larger packet. I was dumbfounded. I work in sales and I understand upselling, but to tell a potentially new client that he is wasting his time, was incredible. Just to speak in that way to a new client shows a lack of training and a complete non-comprehension of the sales process.

That is not the experience we want anyone to have and none of our sales team are incentivised to upsell, only to give advertisers a realistic expectation on results.
In high competiition areas this can sometimes mean that recommended packages are larger, though terminology like a waste of time is certainly not something that should be used or conveyed on any package we offer and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
