I would not recommend to use their service. They send you wrong item and they refuse to solve a problem. Had to fill a claim with Paypal.

Got my Mercedes e class delivered this week it’s excellent I love the detail of it.

I bought a new tail light for my c-class s205.
I received a great quality product (Mercedes-Benz original certified) with fast Shipment to France (3-4 days).
This price is competitive, cheaper than in France.
I recommand Kunzmann!

In my opinion kunzmann.de doesn't even deserve a star.
I have been shopping in Germany for more than 20 years, but I have never encountered a company with such poor service.
For 7 weeks I waited for the order number 749948, but in vain, and when I asked them to refund the amount of 399.38 euros, paid for an undelivered order, I was refused, told to wait.
From my point of view, Kunzmann is an absolutely unserious merchant, to be avoided, for those who do not want to waste their time and money.

Had an appointment to diagnose an Airbag light that was on. On my Mercedes Sprinter. 3 hours of work to tell me the airbag module was defectiv and a replacement was €1350,- So took 3 tablets to stay calm and said friendly no thank you. So no fix bit still labour costs €750,-(inc. Tax) for 3 hours of work. Staff was certainly friendly but Never again. I Knew Mercedes dealers are expensive but that they annihalate your butttH0le these days was a new experians for me and not appreciated. There was a very nice blond girl working there so maybe have to go there again…. Just to grab a coffee😁. Lesson learned and never ever go to this or any other Mercedes Dealer unless its under warranty.

Ordered 4 complete wheels for Mercedes GLC. The price was very good. Dlivery was faster than expected (7 days to Bulgaria). Wheels are original from Mercedes

i bought an original mercedes product the amg lights under the door i arrived defective at the beginning the light started to fade every day and then didn't work they didn't want to offer me assistance nor send me another part... bad never again their customers

Purchased an AMG jacket, very pleased with how it all went, bit of a brexit delay as everybody in Europe hates us British even more than before, but arrived in a fair time, the import duty was a bit of a surprise though, no forewarning, but to be expected,added quite a bit to the overall cost,but still happy and will use again.

Black colored floor mats was ordered on webshop. Order confirmation was correct. Anthrazit colored floor mats were received. The part number on the floor mats did not match part number on order confirmation.
