I've been playing for a month or two and made it to level 13 cause Ive lost thousands and never did a withdrawal. Finally the other day I hit good and they denied my withdrawal, zeroed out my balance and blocked me from chat. Like other reviews they will say that's not what happened at all. Just take note how many times they come back with that line.
Also I keep winning FUN on the wheel which has no value and they remove it every 24 hours. I ended up doing a 100 dollar withdrawal after loosing thousands. It's upsetting because I enjoyed the platform and now I have to find a new place. Don't play here, play somewhere with a good reputation.

No money was taken from your account. The withdrawal was reviewed and handled according to our Terms & Conditions and bonus rules. The promotion you used has a clear maximum win/cashout limit based on the bonus amount received from a deposit or promo code. Any amount above that promotional limit is not eligible for withdrawal and can be removed according to the rules you accepted.
It is also important to mention that you received additional bonuses from us more than once, including bonuses outside of standard promotions. Despite this, your communication with our support team became abusive and included repeated insults toward our staff. Because of this behavior, your access to support chat was restricted.
We understand that losing can be frustrating, but making false claims that we “stole” funds or “zeroed out” a balance is not acceptable. We followed the published rules and can provide evidence of the account activity, bonus usage, withdrawal review, and support chat history if required.

No complaints about the verification itself - KYC was sorted and done within just 3 hours after submitting my docs. Uploaded everything on Tuesday afternoon, and by evening the profile was already approved. Support even sent a confirmation message on their own, which is a plus. Support staff is useless. They deny using a *code* as they say I can’t use the Welcome bonus because I already have an account with them but that’s not true. I have no other account. I literally just signed up today. I have no emails from them in the past or nothing this is to me a brand new casino. It’s their automated system or whatever it is that’s flagging. My account is having duplicates while it’s wrong so they need to fix their shit. Other than that.
