Disappointing quality of the sweat jacket
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the sweat jacket I received. There were several visible thread pulls along the zipper seam at the front, apparently caused by excessive thread tension during sewing. On one side, there was also an area that looked like a hole or damage that had been repaired.
Delivery, as always, was fast and without any problems. I’m now curious to see how smoothly the return process will go.
I used to order from King Louie quite often, precisely because of the excellent quality, which had always been impeccable in my experience. That’s why this is particularly disappointing.
I would actually have ordered another sweat jacket, but unfortunately it is now only available at full price. After receiving a discounted item with such obvious quality issues, this is especially frustrating.
For a brand like King Louie, I expected much better quality control.

I have purchased many items from King Louie over the years, and am generally satisfied with quality and fit. This time I bought a dress, which unfortunately arrived without the pictured belt. I wrote to customer service and they shipped me a belt straight away. It just arrived, so now I am very happy.

As always, clothes are beautiful, super versatile and fit perfectly. However, I keep insisting that the delivery process, given the cost and that there's no choice, should improve: quicker delivery, better tracking and options for change.
