KELVOSHOP is a major scam
This site is a major scam. I didn't even order anything from this site, never even heard of it before. Somehow they got ahold of my credit card and charged $39.99 for some subscription service I have never heard of and NEVER signed up for. When I saw the unfamiliar charge to my account, I immediately looked up their contact phone number (it's not published on their website) and called. The person who answered said they didn't know exactly what the charge was for or who placed it. I requested a full refund and was told I would receive the refund and an email confirmation within 2-5 business days. This never happened. When I tried calling back, the phone number was out of service. KELVOSHOP now shows numerous reports of fraudulent charges on the Better Business Bureau website. The worst part is that I don't know how or from where they stole my credit card info.
They are crooks
They are crooks! After a month they never delivered my product I purchased. They won't respond back. Now I see they've had all kinds of charges put on my credit card for other things and services that I never agreed to! My card company had to cancel my card. I see online that business is being done out of some rundown house in Pomona California with junk cars in front. They're totally fraud ... and at this moment I'm thinking of sending all this information to the Pomona Police. These people should be arrested! Stay clear! Do not buy from them!
Total scam site!!
Total scam site!!! Stay Away!!!
This company along with Belroshop and Zendesk are scammers!
I attempted to purchase an item based on claims on their site last month. Only to find the claims were all false and they could not deliver the item as quickly as they claimed and the free shipping was actually $9.99. They charged me for an item and I was able to cancel which you would assume was good right?? Well they saved my card info and tried to charge my card for an order I did not place. I luckily was contacted by BOA and denied the charge, cancelled my card and stopped them. They are scamming pieces of garbage!
FRAUD ALERT: DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
Stupidly fell for a cute ad for what I now know was an AI-generated image of a coneflower bird feeder from a website called "Belro shop" that I now know if a front for this fraud-machine. I tried purchasing on the website and my card initially auto-declined the transaction (I should've stopped there but I didn't...I really wanted the bird feeder to be real), tried a second time and it was initially declined, then went through (came up on my bank statement as a charge from "Kelvo shop" despite being bought on a website with a different brand name) after I tried a different card, which also went through (I know, like I said I really wanted this to be true and I was being stupid). Didn't realize until the next day that I'd accidentally made two successful purchases on their site and immediately reached out by email. Suspiciously, shortly after I sent that email I received emails confirming that BOTH items had been shipped already. Then got an email from "customer service" shortly after that saying there was nothing they could do as the items have already been shipped and they now must be sent back after receipt. When I tell you I was so disappointed once these "bird feeders" arrived....I won't even describe them but suffice to say they were laughable in both size, construction and quality. An obviously drop-shipped product not meant to be actually used for any purpose other than to dupe hopeful customers. My email requesting a refund was met with a reply offering me a 35% refund in exchange for keeping these heaps of garbage. I declined, and was told that I must pay to ship said pieces of trash back to their original location, respond to their email with tracking number wherein I am to receive a 25% refund, then let them know after the item has been delivered so they can "schedule the remaining 75% refund." That was a week ago and I just got a fraud alert on the credit card I used to accidentally-purchase the second bird feeder, that I was charged $39.99 for a subscription service I did not enroll in through a company called "Relzotech" that I don't recognize. Considering I've now read that this "Belro shop" seems to be a coverup for an operation of scamming consumers by selling their CC information to various other scam sites, I'm betting that's exactly what this charge was about. Luckily I've already gotten a new card to replace the one I used to purchase the first item, and just got off the phone with my CC company after this mystery charge was auto-declined and they will be sending me a new card, AS WELL AS disputing another mystery charge from Relzotech I didn't even realize had hit my account for $34.96 two weeks ago. These people are SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They also have a pattern of coming to sites like these and leaving fake 5-star reviews for every 1-star review a real customer leaves, to make themselves look legit. Freaking liars.
