I’m SO disappointed
I’m SO disappointed! This was my 3rd pair of Keen shoes - last ones were great fit, hard wearing, very comfortable. So ordered same size, but new design … they were HUGE. Returned them (with help from friendly Customer Care) but then the delivery firm (dpd) REALLY messed things up … and returned the replacement parcel to Keen, leaving me without the walking shoes I wanted for my holiday. Gutted.
Keen have offered me 10% off if I re-order the walking shoes … but I’ve had to buy something else (probably inferior) to use on holiday, so that doesn’t really put things right.

Online ordering easy, delivery was quick and arrived immaculate.
Walking shoes are so roomy and comfortable straight away, size 11 perfect one very happy son!

Incredibly uncomfortable
I love the style of keen trainers. I have some sandals that have served me well for 10 years. However after wearing my trainers for about a mile walk they have shredded the back of my feet. The curvature at the back of the shoe is so exaggerated that it digs into the achilles tendon causing it to rub and bleed

Keen UK basically runs as an online shop, I own a few different style of Keen shoes, and their size is fairly consistent, so no issue for me to order online once I know which size I’m looking for. And even the size or style weren’t quite as expected, the return is easy, responsive customer services is a plus.

Seemed to be very good at first
Seemed to be very good at first - competitive price and sturdy build - but soon the heels wore down and I felt unbalanced. My previous Ecco sandals went on for three years but the Keens have deteriorated within six months. I won’t be buying another pair.

The service I received from Keen was excellent. Unfortunately the boots I bought weren't for me, but Keen sent me a pre-paid label & gave me a full refund, their service (from my experience) is second to none.

A good range of comfortable boots and shoes that do not crucify your feet
Prompt delivery in smart and robust packaging.
I have bought boots , sandals and slip-ons and really appreciate the wide toe box design which has cured my foot problems. No more stylish pointy toe shoes for me.

Great boots which I can wear straight away with no 'breaking in' Yes, they are expensive, but worth it. I need a wide fit and whilst the Targhee comes in a wide fitting, it's not easy to find on the web site.
