Bad experience with delivery location
Hi ,
I have selected picking point close to my apartment but I got a mail that pickup point has changed. That location is very far from my place. I did not like it. Atleast when I am placing the they should have mentioned that delivery is not possible for my location. Please cancel the order.

Unfortunately, when a selected pickup point is full or unable to receive additional parcels, the shipping carrier automatically redirects the package to the nearest available pickup location. This decision is made entirely by the carrier and not by us as the sender.
When the order was placed, the selected pickup point was available, but the situation can change before the parcel arrives. Unfortunately, we are unable to control or prevent these changes.
We hope you can understand that this is handled by the shipping company and is outside of our control.

I have been shopping from them for a very long time, at least 3 years. Then I discovered the products were fake. I traveled to Korea and bought the exact same products because I was running out, and when I came back home and compared them, they were completely different. The packaging was not the same as the original products at all.
I also tested and used the same products, but they gave completely different effects — you can easily feel the difference. It’s a scam. Never buy from them!!
I threw away all the products I bought from them. I want to warn everyone who shops there: you are spending money for nothing, and you don’t even know what ingredients are inside those fake products.
Lately my skin has become extremely sensitive and irritated, and now I understand why. There is no trust left anymore.

We are both saddened and surprised to read your review, especially since we never sell counterfeit or fake products. All products sold by us come from official suppliers and authorized distributors.
It is important to understand that Korean skincare products often exist in different versions depending on the market. Products sold within the EU may differ from the Korean domestic versions in terms of ingredients, formulation, packaging, and even texture, as some ingredients approved in Korea are not approved under EU cosmetic regulations. Many brands also regularly update packaging designs and formulations between batches and yearly releases.
Because of this, differences in packaging or product feel do not automatically mean that a product is fake.
We are also sorry to hear that you have experienced skin irritation. Skin sensitivity can develop over time for many different reasons, including changes in skin barrier health, active ingredient combinations, seasonal factors, or personal skin conditions.
At the same time, we do find it somewhat contradictory that you mention shopping with us for around three years if you truly believed the products were fake all along.
We always take customer concerns seriously, and if you would like us to investigate further, you are welcome to contact our customer service with specific product names and batch numbers.
