The company is misleading and deceptive, using dishonest tactics to attract customers by falsely claiming they have previously invested with them when they never did. Their entire phone-based recruitment process feels like a scam, relying on manipulation and false pretenses to convince people to join.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone. If you value your money, it’s best to stay away.

Been using this platform for years. It is a great platform when you have simple transactions. When things get complicated you have to rely on their customer support. Thats when things begin to get dicey. Their AI is ok for helping but if it doesn't help you then you have to wait for customer service staff. I have been dealing with an issue now for about a week. My issue hasn't been resolved with speaking to 3 customer service staff. I have asked to speak to a manager and now this is my second day waiting for another response. If I were just starting out, I would look around for other platforms to tell you the truth.
