I have still not received my order!it’s been two weeks since they said it was ready for shipping and label was created but DHL tracking shows it has not been handed over to them. I have emailed numerous times and reached out by social media and there has been no movement. I can’t speak to anyone directly. Extremely frustrating and at this point I just want a refund since I am not getting my product.

It is currently impossible to order extra T-shirts, shorts and sweatshirts in addition to the Premium Club Pack. This makes no sense, given that with one training session a day throughout August, we have to wash the kit every other day. That’s not very environmentally friendly.

We have already raised this request with the club, which presumably passed it on to the sales representative. Yet nothing has changed: it has been like this for two years. Not very professional.

Good price and quick delivery . Can't complain at all!

After 6 month of use PUMA Ultra 6 Ultimate AG White the sole started separating from the upper part of the boots. In several areas, the connection between the sole and upper has come apart, and the upper material has also torn near the sole, creating visible openings.

I received the ordered goods with a security tag attached. There was no response to my message.

Paid and ordered and a pair of football boots, item not received, chased and met with constant lies. Had to get bank involved to get money back. Absolute Joke of a company. Use at your own risk but don’t expect to receive what you ordered, just lies and excuses.More than happy to provide evidence of their lies and excuses

Just the GLS driver changed the delivery service to a fetch service for no reason (but in general a good experience with them). I was here at that time and received a message not to be here.

The prices are very reasonable and the delivery is really quick

Stay away! Ordered my son’s football boots online, money taken and got the confirmation email immediately. Then got an email two days later saying due to a system error the order had not gone through and to reorder. Then went to reorder and the price had gone up by €50!!! They since offered me 10% discount despite me saying I will go to Trading Standards as this is clearly a breach of our sales contract.
One week later, still waiting for the refund and they have completely ignored my last messages and conveniently, the size of boots I “purchased” has since sold out.

Never again will I deal with these crooks!

They don't update with the status of the delivery and in my case, the order never arrived, so the claim needs to be processed with Futbol Emotion and they just simply don't answer. So I paid for something I didn't get and basically lost my money, might need to continue this the legal way.
