Manolis, the trip leader for Crete was amazing. Super knowledgeable and really fun to hang out with. Gave us great recommendations and took us around during his free time! Even woke up with little sleep on our last day to say goodbye to each person!

The itinerary was a great mix of smaller and bigger towns getting to see different views of the island. Food choices were incredible from low key to higher end. Accommodations were ok to good, no major complaints, good locations. Loved my time with Manolis and FTLO!

I recently did the FTLO Slovenia tour with leader Lilla. I knew very little about the country before the tour, and would highly recommend it. You see a lot of the country, and our trip lead Lilla made great recommendations for our free time. She joined us on an optional hike to see great views in Lake Bled, reserved taxis and dinners outside of the tour itinerary, and organized a day trip to the seaside of Piran. Lilla’s additional recommendations in addition to the FTLO itinerary made this a great tour!

Crete Aug/Sept 2026. Trip was great, variety of active and cultural experiences. Good food. The guide Manolis is very fun and knowledgable.

First off Lilla is outstanding. She did perfect and I can’t say enough good things. She was highly organized, personable, relatable, and clearly communicated agendas. She’s a gem keep her forever.

My review forward will be based on agenda and not our guide.

Landhouse Bled was outstanding and might be my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Their management and ownership is awesome. It felt like a home. I do feel however, FTLO should have made accommodations for us to get into and out of Bled since it was about a mile away.

The cave is awesome and should stay on the agenda. Make it a day trip though. The cave hotel is not very nice and there is absolutely NOTHING to do in that town. A strange place to assign free time.

Really the worst place was the gingerbread museum. Literally a nightmare. The ginger bread witch was forcing me to participate in this ceremony where I present a giant heart to my love. It was like a stand off of me refusing to do it and the ginger bread witch forcing me to do it. Thankfully Lilla finally said I could present it to her.

The foraging and cooking class was good. I would keep it. Host could have kept me stocked up on wine at least while he wowed the ladies though.

Extra Piran trip proposed and executed by Lilla was very good. Would recommend.

Overall I felt the agenda for Slovenia was half baked. There was so much free time, only two organized dinners. Seems like a very expensive trip for that much free time.

I really enjoyed my trip to Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. It’s been a long term dream to see these cities and the countries in which they’re located and via FTLO I was able to see them in such a fun and memorable way. I particularly enjoyed my tour guide Jordana who was so sweet and made sure every single different personality felt included. She made the trip! She also gave me a little 30th birthday party which was so sweet and I cannot thank her enough for being so thoughtful. I would recommend touring with FTLO but more specifically touring with Jordana if you ever have the chance!!

My trip to the SOF and Barcelona was amazing!! This was my 2nd FTLO trip. Anna was such a wonderful trip leader!! She provided us with so many recommendations and even would book us reservations for restaurants she thought we would enjoy. She was always willing to help us to make this the best trip possible. She was so kind and truly the best!! One thing to note is that is was very hot in August and I wish we planned more water activities! There was a TON of walking too so bring a portable fan (it was so helpful!) overall this trip was a 10/10!

The FTLO Croatia trip was an amazing, perfectly balanced experience filled with culture, beaches, and free time. What elevated this trip from great to unforgettable, though, was our guide, Ilija. He was fun, personable, and respectful, with a genuine passion for showing us his beautiful country. By the end of the trip, he was more than our guide, he was a friend to us all.

I was on the Croatia August 2026 trip. Our guide was Ilija, who I cannot brag on enough. He was so personable, fun, knowledgeable about the area, and ensured that everyone’s trip was the best that it could be. He was also very quick to deal with any mishaps that occurred. I loved the trip overall and would recommend it to anyone! I do feel that more activities/ meals could have been included given the price point but it was still an amazing experience.

Just got home from the FTLO Croatia trip, which was my third FTLO trip and the most fun I've had so far! I absolutely loved Croatia, it had a great mix of culture, history, food, beach, relaxing, and exploring, and I felt like the itinerary was a great split between each town we visited. I also loved our tour group leader Ilija who was so nice and respectful to everyone in the group, always made sure everyone was having a good time and I felt super safe with him.

The only reason I put this trip as 4 stars was because I was surprised not as much was included on this trip as the other 2 trips I've done when this was the most expensive one yet, and one day less than Greece. I think this is because the hotels in Croatia are a lot more expensive, but there was a noticeable difference in the included meals and experiences. For example the winery experience here had 3 wines to try and 1 appetizer, versus in Milos there was closer to 8 wines and 5 appetizers plus a tour of the winery. And there was no cooking class type of experience on this trip like there is in Greece and Italy. So I just wish FTLO could find a way to make those differences less noticeable on this trip. Otherwise, I absolutely loved this trip and would highly recommend it!

The tour of Lisbon and Lagos led by Isabel C was amazing! Every detail was communicated clearly and she helped to create an amazing atmosphere for our group of 16 strangers. Thank you so much Isabel for all your guidance and help! I loved the tile painting class, food tour, vineyard lunch, cooking class, and most of all the catamaran day! What a treat!! Thank you!

I was on the Croatia August 2026 FTLO trip, and it was amazing - our guide Ilija was a 10/10, showed us a great time, was helpful, and was also a great vibe on top of it. Would highly recommend!

As my first time in Asia I didn’t quite know what to expect. I was nervous but excited to meet new people and see a new place. Once I touched down in Bali any nervous energy disappeared.Not only is it one of the most beautiful places, but the people bring it to the Next Level.
Yogi is the perfect person to guide you through the culture and beauty of this island. He is passionate about the excursions, full of knowledge and someone who you can trust to keep you safe.
10/10 experience.

The FTLO Bali trip exceeded all expectations and was well balanced between cultural experiences, beaches, locations and free time.

Mr Yogi, our guide, made sure we were always on-time, informed of what to expect the next day and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience.

Great introduction to Scandinavia with fun samples of Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. Our trip leader, Jordana, was knowledgeable, kind, funny, easy to talk to, and felt like part of our group. She had great recommendations for free time and thoughtfully arranged optional dinners on unscheduled evenings. The mix of activities and downtime was just right, although the time flew by in each city. A wonderful trip with a great group leader. I’d happily travel with Jordana again!

From an amazing itinerary to good jokes, everything was there.
To be honest i was skeptical before this trip as it was my first one with FTLO. 10 days with strangers.

Every Hotel was at a very good position to discover. Whatever question we had Yogi would answer them or had already the solution before the question was even raised.

For me with Yogi and Ftlo a 10/10 experience.

Our trip leader Yogi made the experience fun and great for the curated itinerary and helping when the group wanted ideas and help to plan activities and meals during our free time. Gili T was amazing and the snorkeling was fun.

The beach club day in Uluwatu hit a snag, though overall the locations and trip was cool and I'd recommend.

Yogi was the most amazing tour guide ever for Bali. He was always warm, welcoming, kind, and inclusive. He also truly loves some of the great sights he takes you to, such as the Kecak dance ceremony at the Uluwatu temple. While the itinerary FTLO set as well as the accomodations were fun and beautiful, he really made the trip. 100% recommend.

Just returned from Bali in August 2026 and the trip was amazing! Our guide, Yogi, curated an exceptional experience that blended local customs/traditions with a beach vibe and seeing some of the best spots in Bali. All of the hotels were 4-5 stars, clean, comfortable (AC!), great breakfasts, and centrally located. I particularly loved the Gili islands and would like more time there. This was my first trip to Asia, and thanks to FTLO and Yogi, it was an incredible experience and I look forward to returning again soon!

I recently went on FTLO Scandinavia trip with Jordana. It was a nice intro into Scandinavia culture. Jordana was absolutely wonderful as a guide! She always made sure we were having fun and had plans for free time and dinner. She felt like an old friend even after meeting for the first time. I hope to travel with her again on another FTLO adventure!

I just got back from my 4th FTLO trip to Copenhagen, Norway and Sweden. This was a great trip that allowed me to successfully visit 3 different countries and enjoy a diversity of food related activities, museums, city tours and a great sauna experience. To help create a great experience Jordana was an amazing tour guide who took the time to ensure that the entire group had the information that they needed along with recommendations for how to use our free time. I highly recommend this trip for anyone who’s interested in visiting Scandinavia.
