Not happy with the product and service
Hi I just received this product from your company, unfortunately the box was torn and not sealed ?? I don't appreciate paying for new product and the box has been pre- used or not new !!! I tried the Grinder the lid is doggy and it doesn't adjust properly. So tried contacting them they keep sending automated messages. Not happy will not use this company again. Waste of my money :( this was purchase in Greece

Think twice before ordering from this store. If you change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or simply want to remove a product from your cart, it is impossible to cancel or modify your order. The website is designed only to add items to your cart, and that is it.
The only small plus is that I managed to find a phone number and an email address for their representative in Athens, Greece. When reviewing my order list, I noticed an item that I had never selected. Since all my attempts to remove it through the website failed, I had to send an email requesting to cancel the entire order.
The next day, I called the phone number. A man answered, and—even though it was my very first time calling them—he immediately addressed me by my last name. He informed me that my order had already been shipped the previous day. I tried several times to explain the situation. Normally, when a courier picks up a package from a seller, the buyer receives an email notification. I am absolutely certain that the package had not even left their warehouse.
The man never introduced himself. After a few more attempts on my part to explain the reason for my call, he told me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner that he did not care, and then he hung up on me.
Be very careful when shopping at online stores like this one.
