I want to give this a higher review, but I completed a high value reward that took over 100 hours and they didn't credit the reward to my account. I opened a support ticket and provide proof of my task and it was rejected without any further communication. If Freecash is willing to contact me regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing for everyone on here is to report them to the FTC so they can be brought to justice just like Tapjoy was and forced to pay fines and stop misleading users.
And so…
I have reported this god-awful site (owned by Almedia) to the FTC, BBB and Attorney General’s office for my state. I suggest that everyone who has been similarly scammed do so as well. Absolutely criminal that they don't list a phone number for customer support when dealing with people's money. I guess it would be too hard for them to scam their user's if they weren't able to hide behind the AI bots that constitute their worthless support team.
I recently discovered that the “offer partner” for many of their rewards is another scam company called AdGate (owned by Prodege, LLC) and they seem to be responsible for the majority of the larger reward offers that “fail” to track. Freecash leads you to believe that the “offer partner” is the studio that makes the particular game whose rewards you are working toward. However, it is most often a scumbag ad company like AdGate or a similar entity whom the individual mobile game studios are buying ad space from. It’s maybe worth mentioning that Freecash is very complicit in this as even their head of support who doubles as the Freecash mod on Reddit (the one who deletes every comment critical of Freecash) has been made aware of it on multiple occasions.
I tried to reach out to the Almedia "PR Manager" for comment. He has a publicly listed e-mail address but of course he doesn't answer it because it would force someone to actually have to take accountability. The whole company is a sham and will collapse in the near future like the house of cards it is.
Thanks “Ara” and “Becky”. Btw, how come “The Freecash Team” only responds to fake 5-star reviews and I receive AI-draft replies from you two? If only there was a “Freecash Team” that actually did any work.
