Had enough of freecash
Had enough of freecash. Been a member for a LONG time and suddenly they’re delaying all my cashouts. Missing over £250 in withdrawals which have been delayed for 3 days so far. Please don’t bother telling me to contact you as I’ve already used discord, your live chat, email AND WhatsApp, and you keep telling me you will look into it. No TOS have been broken and I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on games to get my rewards from you. I have even contacted your offer partner and they confirmed that I completed the game and that you said I have been paid. Well I definitely haven’t. You’re going to lose a lot of offer partners if you keep operating like this. I’ll give it a few more days for my payment to arrive, if not I will take civil action.

AI Ran - Banning Accounts without Cause for making money
I created an account, moved quickly through levels on a game that had offers, all the sudden my cash outs were paused until I verified my identity. Once I did that it said I needed to contact support where I was met immediately with a Bot handling the conversation and in less than 2 seconds (literally after hitting send) my account was then suspended and told there was no appeal possible, nothing could be done and I am basically out the money they owe me. This app is very much a scam ran only by AI apparently and is NOT as advertised.

Falsely Banned Before Cashout due to…
Falsely Banned Before Cashout due to Automated System Error.
I was permanently banned by Freecash’s automated system right as I was trying to withdraw my earnings, and the support chatbot refuses to allow a manual review of my case.
I am located in India and spent a significant amount of time completing several offers for the game "Zombie Waves." I completed these entirely legitimately on my local home network. I did not use a VPN, proxy, or any location-spoofing software.
When I go to my earnings section now and click on the completed Zombie Waves offers, it says: "Offer not available in this country." Because the advertising campaign expired for my region after I completed it, or because of a standard dynamic IP shift from my local internet provider, the automated security bot falsely flagged my account for a Terms of Service violation.
It is completely unfair to let a user put hours of effort into completing a game offer, only to let a poorly calibrated automated system ban them and lock their earned money over a geo-fencing error. The chatbot support is a dead end and simply claims the ban is "irreversible."
I am leaving this review to request that a real human agent manually review my account, look at my legitimate task completion, and unlock my earnings. I am fully willing to provide my ID for verification.

They are a scam
They are a scam! Once I got to $400 they canceled my right to withdrawl! I uploaded my ID and still denied and denial is final. I spent money on games to move through the levels and at the end of the day they are like the rest of these apps that say you can cash out. Don't waste your money because once you get up to a few hundred they will block you from cashing out!
