We experienced a significant delay with one of the major EU airlines and submitted our claim for compensation under EU passenger-rights regulations.
Flight-Right guided us through the process, asked all the relevant questions and handled the claim professionally. We had previously used their service for a Ryanair claim, which took approximately 18 months to resolve, but they continued representing us until the matter was concluded.
On both occasions, the claims were handled to our satisfaction and the compensation was successfully received. We would be happy to recommend their service.

Flight delayed by 5 hours due to cyber attacks
You send these guys all the details required at the start of a dispute, then they just deal with the rest. With updates every month or so. I received money back from a flight a year later thanks to these guys. Will 100% be using again if I have any issues again.
