I had order 12 meals and UPS lost them during shipment I reached to flexpro and they responded right away and apologized for the inconvenience and sent another order out to me! France was great! Meals taste fresh but the app glitches
i ordered the grilled chicken bowls for a two week run and they landed on a Tuesday morning with the ice packs still frozen solid. four minutes in the microwave and the rice actually tastes like rice instead of cardboard. the annoying part was the site kept logging me out when i tried to skip a week so i called and Marcus got it sorted in a few minutes. not exactly cheap but it beats me cooking after a shift.
